The drawing represents two minions disguised as Mario and Luigi. One of the underlings taunts the other, who looks bored. The laughing minion is holding a big hammer, while the other minion has a small knife. The two minions have big eyes and big smiles. The background of the drawing is a black void. The drawing is simple but effective, and it makes me laugh every time I see it.
