Who is Saitama

Saitama is a jobless, depressed, but not purposeful young man in his life. One day, he meets a man-crab who is looking for a young boy "with ass" in his words. Saitama finally meets this boy and decides to save him from the crab man. Saitama decides to become a superhero and trains for three years very seriously: 100 pushups, 100 squats, 100 abs and 10 km of daily running. At the end of his training "so intense that he loses his hair", he notices that he has become so strong that he now manages to beat all his opponents with one punch.

In the Aliens Conquerors arc of the series, Saitama confronts Lord Boros, the leader of the invading alien army known as the "Thieves of Dark Matter", at during a battle. While releasing his first punch on Boros, Saitama's lethal attack destroys his heavy armor, but the villain says "the armor I had was made to seal my too powerful strength". In response, Saitama simply says "OK."
