It is located in the Midwestern United States. It is the first infected city. Raccoon City was destroyed on October 1, 1998 by a nuclear missile fire decided by the President of the United States, to stop the outbreak of Virus T that turned the population into dangerous zombies hungry for human flesh. </P>
