Who is Lamu

Lamu is a superb alien with tiger boots and often in very light clothes. She falls in love with Rony (Ataru in Japanese and in the manga), a landlady (womanizer) as she has to win a challenge against him to conquer the Earth. She gets out of her ship a bunch of inventions of her planet which very often provoke the bazaar.
