Behind this benevolent and ubiquitous face of society in everyday life, however, it is developing clandestinely genetically modified biological weapons that it sells to para-military groups and Third World countries. </P> <p> Umbrella also practices corruption, covering her illegal activities and getting what she wants. </P> <h3> Raccoon City </h3> <p> Raccoon City is a small American city with 100,000 inhabitants. It is located in the Midwestern United States. It is the first infected city. Raccoon City was destroyed on October 1, 1998 by a nuclear missile fire decided by the President of the United States, to stop the outbreak of Virus T that turned the population into dangerous zombies hungry for human flesh. </P>
